And then there were three

Sadly, I think last weeks post says it all. We have let salad bar tuesday fall by the wayside on our summer priority list. Blisters on the feet for walking on hot sand, summer road trips, even looming deadlines are not true excuses people!! Some of us labor hard in oru gardens to provide the seasonal harvest that we have come to love. And when people don't show up, it makes us lament over the effort put in. We only had three participants today, and by far Judy was the hero with her fabulous acoutrements. Fresh lettuce, fresh pineapple, fresh blueberries, and eggplant briquettes were some of the beautiful array. One more week to go before my summer hiatus, which makes me sad to see that without someone to carry the torch on, Jamie and Judy could be left all alone. So please, get inspired, go to the farmers market, think of some fun ways to be creative this summer!
